We have moved online during this lockdown so you can still worship. Join us, pray with us, be present with us – see the new ways we worship below:
Sunday Services
Every Sunday at 10am our own Parish of Baildon service is streamed live on FaceBook. Just click on this link for our FaceBook page or search ‘Parish of Baildon’. If you ‘like’ our page, the service will come up on your feed every Sunday.
Parish of Baildon YouTube channel
Check out our YouTube channel for some extra resources for you to enjoy whenever you like. You can catch up on any of our live Facebook services. There is an episode about ‘Worship Through Craft’ with ideas for crafting while being present with God. There’s worship for children too, with stories, reflection and prayer. Find our YouTube channel on the Homepage or by clicking here.
Morning Prayer
On Mondays to Thursdays at 9am we hold a Morning Prayer service, led by a member of our clergy team. We use Zoom (Client for Meetings), the online audio/visual conferencing service. As long as you have a device with internet access and a camera – laptop, mobile phone, tablet – you can join us for our weekday services. It’s handy if you have another device with internet access so you can find the words to follow the service on the Church of England website. There’s also an app for your phone is called ‘Daily Prayer’ and is available for Apple and Android devices.
To access the Zoom service, email Rev Sandra at sandrabenham@btinternet.com and she will send you an invitation and a link. Simply press on the link before the service starts and you’ll be instantly connected. The good part is that we will all be there to help you with any issues you may have on your first experience.
